Indigo Races have been incarnating here on planet earth for over 100 years.

Indigo children and Indigo adults are the teachers of the New Energy and will emerge to discuss openly about the Ascension Process and it’s meaning for the evolution of the human species. These groups are the bridge between the Old Energy world and the New Energy world. They are the way showers for embodying the principle of “Unification” and “Integration” and serving as the example of how to live in harmony with all things. They will teach by being this example.

At this time the Starseed Family is in an accelerated cycle of soul plan evolution (The Ascension Wave). Much of this “plan” is to have a mutually supportive connection to the new planetary Frequency Hubs. This “Ascension Wave” is very concentrated frequency activations in order to create the expansion of light in our bio-energy field. This is needed to activate the DNA to complete our Planetary Ascension. As we go through this level of Planetary Ascension, we are initiated into our “Plan B” Ascended Soul contract for being in greater service to the Earth. This “Plan B” is a whole new story book for our lives and experience. It is an entirely new level of multidimensional experience, frequency connection and world service.

Indigos have highly developed senses in different areas, acute hearing, sight or sensitivity to smell, sounds and food. This can also develop into allergic responses to many environmental synthetics, pollutants and preservatives in food. Anything inorganic is an insult to their nervous system and may become intolerable for them.

Also, many Indigo’s are fully telepathic. If they are exposed to certain qualities of energy fields not in resonance to their personal vibration, it can feel excruciating to them. Many Adult Indigos over time, have self medicated their sensitivity with drugs or alcohol as a coping mechanism. Since childhood, they were emotionally overwhelmed from the tremendous input and array of external energies. Many times unaware they were an “empath” and that they would absorb the feelings, thoughts and energies of people around them. Over time this phenomena would feel painfully dense for them.
